I thought I would add a few pictures from my childhood - this is Penang Hill  Penang - my fourth birthday, or thereabouts

Fancy dress on the Capetown Castle - the journey took two weeks from Capetown to Southampton via Madeira - the train journey from Lusaka to Capetown took four days and three nights - two engines on the train, one at each end

I got the pram as a birthday present, but it mostly lived at my grandmother's house

In the garden in Schönau with Ginny and my doll's pram - those were always the best holidays and best weekends!
